My teeth - Invisalign journey

Hi, my name is Sarah and I completed my Invisalign journey in 75 weeks!

This blog documents my own personal experience with wearing Invisalign aligners - all the ups and the downs.

About My Invisalign Case

I started Invisalign in July 2023 after wanting it for so damn long. I’d been to 2 different providers and been rejected from both of them, one of them even wanted to pull a perfectly health tooth out!

Of course, I refused that.

Fortunately I got some other opinions and was able to start my treatment a year later than I originally planned.

My main concerns were my crowded lower teeth and my narrow upper palette, made even narrower by extraction of my upper premolars for braces when I was 12 years old.

My goals are to:

Widen my smile
Reduce my lower crowding
Make it easier for me to brush and floss all my teeth thoroughly
Avoid extracting healthy teeth, as I deeply regretted having teeth pulled as a teenager
