In this article, I am Rating The Pain For Each Invisalign Tray from 1-31 on a pain scale of 1-10, with 1 being no pain at all, and 10 being excruciating. Let’s go!

If my journey so far is anything to go by, it seems like the Invisalign process, at least for me, has been more about consistency than intense discomfort.
If you’re considering Invisalign or are just starting out, this experience might be reassuring.
But always remember, everyone’s teeth and pain thresholds are different!
